Don't use this company. They don't leave delivery notices, the customer service agents lie right to your face. You'll lose customers using them.

Terrible. Had a very important letter sent via courier and they outsourced it to Canada Post because they dont serve my area". I watched their internal tracking number bounced my package around winnipeg as 'in transit' and 'processing' for 3 days

They didn’t even call me or email me for my parcel and they put note on my apartment building stating you’re missed. Then i have to go all the way near airport to collect the parcel
