Purchased a vehicle from this place a couple months ago. Salesman was nice but a little dishonest about some things. felt like i wasn’t told the truth and lied to to keep me happy. i was promised a bunch of work that didn’t get done at all. the mechanic he used to safety the vehicle is a hack and probably shouldn’t be in business. overall not thrilled but Toms a nice enough guy. get your mechanic to look over the vehicle before you purchase here

Would 100% recommend for used car purchasesWe bought our first car from Tom at Auto Firm several weeks ago and are extremely happy with the experience. Tom was very straight forward and honest throughout the sales process. He addressed all the concerns that we had about the 8 year old car that we purchased, and had several things fixed/touched up with his mechanic before we picked up the car. When actually buying the car, there were no unexpected or unnecessary fees added on. A week or two after driving the check engine light came on in the car, and although it ended up being something very minor, Tom had arranged for his mechanic to take a look at the car and fix the issue. It was very relieving that even two weeks after the car was taken home they were responsive to issues that we encountered and worked to resolve them. Overall, we felt that we were very well taken care of and would definitely recommend Auto Firm to anyone looking to buy a used car!

I bought a 2011 4Runner from Tom. Tom wasn't pushy or upselling and was honest with the 4Runner and had a Carfax for it. He delivered and picked up the vehicle to my mechanics which were in Waterloo for them to take a look before I purchased, highly recommend everyone to do this to every used vehicle. Auto Firm takes their vehicles to two mechanic shops to look at the vehicles for a safety, just FYI. I bought the vehicle as is"

This is the best experience I have had buying a used car (12+ purchases over the years). The salesperson (Tom) was knowledgeable and not high pressure. The car was great, exactly as described, and I have had no problems with it for over 3000km. They even helped me out post-sales when I had a problem with the financing company, not their issue, but they helped me anyway. Highly recommend.
