Guardian Van Lines is a commercial company in Ontario, Canada. All the negative reviews are for a company called Guardian in the USA that does residential moving.

If I could give a zero star I would. This is the worst moving company I could have ever dealt with. Besides the fact that they kept asking for more money each time they called and after spending an hour and a half on the phone with them they said we missed boxes and had to pay over $4k more to fit everything in the truck when we were told yup everything you told me will fit in a 27 foot truck". On top of all of that they damaged a lot of my belongings and because we didn't "purchase extra insurance" they are only paying $.60 per pound. The total amount will not cover 1/4 of the damages they caused. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. Save your money and your sanity and go with another company or move it yourself."

you would be better off getting a reindeer to get your stuff to your house than this company... if I could rate 0 stars I would.

These so called moving specialist" are a danger to everyone in the community. They have a habit of parking in bike lanes. I encourage you to avoid them at all costs. Highly unprofessional people"

guardian moved our offices and we had a great experience, the movers were very professional And the installers knew exactly what they were doing when it came to dismantling and then reconfiguring into the space.Our computers were well protected for the entire move , not a scratch on any monitor.We had a small window of elevator time and they were so well prepared when the time came they were in and out in no time.They even helped us out with a few pieces of disposal we just didn’t know what to do with.

Besides the fact that that they stole and ate a few cans of my special manic beans, when they pulled into the driveway and started to unload the truck i saw that one of the men was wearing my favorite crop top from Shein, and later came to find out he was also wearing a pair of my victory secret cheeky underwear. All that aside they were very unprofessional when it came to unpacking the truck, and asked my 88 year old grandmother for help moving the furniture inside where she had a double heart attack. To top it all off one of the men inquired about the restroom. I graciously consented to him using our new bathroom, but caught him reliving himself on the side of my house right under one of the bedroom windows. AND they requested thousands of more dollars from what they originally quoted us.

They stole my money they are scams if I could have rated them 0 I would whatever you do do not go through guardians movers and do not make the mistake I did always check the reviews

(Florida location) Do not do it!!! Even calling for a quote will make you lose out on money. They withdrew money from my acct (I provided banking info to hold my quote estimate)… I went through he** to get my money back!!! They said they never received my “cancellation” request via email & took the funds. Then said they tried calling me (but the person said they had the wrong number). Then said a check will be mailed to me in 60 days for my refund!!! This is a scam!!! Don’t do it. I’m working on getting my money back now. My bank (Chase) cannot help because they withdrew it like a check & had my info.

My boyfriend, my aunt and I have all tried reaching out to these people to get ETAs on our stuff..we haven’t gotten anywhere..I have no idea where our stuff is at nor when it will be here or what’s even left of it..it’s been over a month and at one point they said they were 2 hrs away..so I had asked them if they could just push back an hour since my boyfriend works..and then we didn’t hear nothing..and then again nothing the next day..turns out that it was the wrong person. They still have yet to give us any ETAs and couldn’t for 2 weeks tell me who even had our things. On top of all of this they wanted to charge extra and more for every little thing you got..even if it’s not big. We have things with these people we can’t replace and they continue to brush it off and you can’t get ahold of anyone higher than some customer service person. Point blank don’t use these people..you’ll have to fight for every little thing since they don’t communicate and give you the run around..by the way we are still waiting…
