Bruce was a great merchandiser and salesman that gave all relevant information about what was asked. He was not constantly coming up to us to try and sell us different things or being pushy about anything. The store layout was also great as it kept all different products separate and easily distinguishable on what section you are in and what you will find in that section. Overall great experience

Very friendly, professional and educated staff. Helped me out with finding a matching set of furniture at a great price and I was able to use my Flexiti card to pay. Highly recommend shopping here!

Great place to shop household items, decent pricing n great sale events. Definately a must check before making any major home decor purchase. Employees were all smiling n happy which was a good sign.

I really liked this store. I came here twice with my son. And both times we were satisfied. We've ordered furniture: tables, mattresses, chairs. Received it on time, all the furniture is in good condition. And it meet our expectations. We have been using it for more than a week and everything is fine.I also wanted to thank to salesperson Claudia. Such a nice, friendly girl with a charming smile. She showed us everything, demonstrated the qualities of, for example, mattresses. She offered to lie down and try the firmness. And now, at home, we like to sleep and have good dreams...

Excellent place to shop. Have great variety of products at a reasonable price. We bought a bed frame, mattress, few bathroom accessories & garden lights. It was a great experience. Bruce was a great help, he explained in detail about the products bought & helped in choosing what was the best fit for our home. Had a great experience at JYSK Tuesday was looking for kitchen curtains but couldn’t find what I was looking for. Talked to one young man and he explained that they don’t carry the ones I was looking for then another young man came over to see if he could help and made other choices I might like. Very polite and helpful. Then proceeded to leave but found a mirror which I needed for the bathroom. Went to pay and had a very pleasant young lady at the till her name was Bonnie. Very polite and funny, the type of person that just brightens up a persons day. I know when I left the store I felt really good and I will definitely be back again. Thank you Bonnie for making my day brighter and I’m sorry I didn’t get the names of the 2 young guys who helped me in curtains. Thank you to the great staff great customer service.Brenda McLaughlin

At the beginning of June I was looking for a camping air mattress for my son’s birthday. It had to be uncomplicated to use or he won’t do it himself. I came across the Pavillo design online and went to the Edmonton Jysk on Calgary Trail to check it out. I had the pleasure of meeting Cody who offered to take down the display model to show me how easily it operates. My son has used it twice so far. Once tenting with friends in our backyard to test it out to make sure there were no manufacturers defects and once camping ‘for real’ with friends. It has been a success! And I am so grateful for Cody’s assistance :)

From the moment we walked in there was staff greeting and asking if we needed any help. We said no at the moment as we wanted to look at different things. I haven’t seen this superb service in a very long time.We found a top memory for a mattress. We found right away help. Bruce explained in detail the difference at the two we were looking at. We ended up buying a few things and Bruce was there all the time helping us making a decision he never pressured or seemed in a rush even though it was crazy busy. He also made sure by calling the other store to make sure they had it in stock.Then we had problem with the security question and he made a call to Flexiti and problem solved.Thank you Bruce for your knowledge and professionalism.I will shop here again. This was my first time at Jysk.
