Mr. Lube + Tires

Staff is very friendly and detail oriented. They had put in full effort to make sure that I know what's going on under the hood when I went for oil change. If you have a tight schedule and you cannot afford the time to visit a Hyundai dealership for oil change, then Mr. Lube is your next best option. You drive in and out after 15-20 minutes knowing that your car has been well taken care of.

Don't go to Mr.Lube at 10916 Hurontario At at the corner of Wanless Ave. location.... if you wanna save yourself from being ripped off. They are not trustworthy. They rip off people.They charge for the service your vehicle don't even need it. They take advantage of your limited knowledge about engine.Usually I get my vehicle serviced by the dealership however past weekend I needed a quick oil change and end up going to Mr.Lube at 10916 Hurontario At at the corner of Wanless Ave.Went for a quick oil change and end up paying $906 for all kind service they recommended by using scary tactics. For e.g. they changed my transmission oil and plus charged me 129.99 plus tax for front differential oil change which don't even exist which is interconnected with transmission oil change as per the manufacturer and the dealership. Even my transmission oil didn't need to be changed as it was recently changed about 1 year ago and only drove 30k kilometers and yet they recommended to changed the transmission oil by scaring me. They charged $165 for rear differential oil which only cost $80 at the dealership. They charged $240 for transmission oil which only cost $150 at the dealership. They did bunch of other services which probably don't even needed.Very pathetic and untrustworthy......I'll be contacting W5 and every possible media outlets to let the other people be aware the kind of cheating goes on at this location or possibly other locations as well.

Very expensive to use the services at Mr. Lube, swapping all on rims tyres cost $115+ Taxes. Unbelievable!!!

Went for an oil change. The service was really quick. Also, staff was really nice. Ajaypal explained everything about my car. I ll strongly recommend this for oil change.

The worst experience I’ve ever had getting a simple oil change. Last time I was at this place they didn’t tighten the cap and my oil leaked out everywhere in my garage. Thought obviously it was just a mistake. Came back for a second oil change and as I’m pulling out to leave the building a nail was on the ground and pops my tire.. they claim it wasn't there fault and there’s nothing they could do and wanted to charge me $50 to fix it. My car wasn’t even out of the building when this happened. When we took a lot around there property they had nails everywhere. DO NOT COME HERE. Worst customer service I have ever received.

Congratulations you just lost a loyal customer. I have been doing my car service for the last 6 years at Mr. lube. Today my tier was having problem with air pressure. I visited here for inspection. One of the mechanic inspected and said, he cannot find the problem said to wait. They made me to wait for 1.5 hr. After long wait I asked them to look at my car (by myself I requested). They simply said, they can’t fix the tier. They would have told me before itself instead making me to wait 1.5 hr. BTW, I went to this location for 2 days in a row. They even not bothered to see whats the problem. Anyway I am done with Mr.Lube. Will never visit again in my life.

I just visited the place for flat tire and I was told politely(not being sarcastic) that they are out of patches(I guess something needed to fix the tire). Simply not acceptable. You are open for business and you don't have supplies????Greatly disappointed..

My car was having a tire pressure issue last week, and I went to this location for the first time ever. Guys did an excellent job. They’re extremely professional, helpful and fast. The employees literally took under 15 minutes to fix my car which is quite impressive. Thank you guys for the great service :)
