Terrible customer service and irresponsible home developer. The customer service people avoid answer question and even hang up the phone. Worst home developer company I ever see.

This is an exciting new development near Tsawwassen Mills. I recommend you visit the centre and tour the show homes.

Our place. Quite and enjoyable

One of the unhappy owner before moving in, we notified the letter in August approximate completion date for our new house in October to December, and we were told the house is finished interior except driveway in the very end of November, so we were hoping to move in December and get ready for moving in. Now in December, we got short E-mail that will be in January without explaining why is delaying.So we’re simply asking about the moving date and they don’t have any idea when it will be completed and there is nothing they can do.I understand the delay of construction but they have the responsible for the schedules to inform us ahead of time that cause us homeless with 3-kids in Christmas holiday season.They kept secret about the house situation and we were finally told from this sale person that the house could not get occupancy permit because our house is adjacent to townhouse under construction for the safety reason. I see that and I understood but why they tell us in the last minutes?This sales man told us they never suggest to sale our house and told us not good time to sale in this season!?!? I have no word after that and he said good luck to us.
