O.k. so today I cut off my landline! Been to weeks without service-they sent a service guy a week ago. Was told it's not our home but on the main line. Another week of no service is pure B. S..! We are done with M.T.S.. rude people - no service

Two weeks ago I was supposed to get Internet hooked up and mainline was broken somewhere. Call back to make another appointment and nobody showed up during my appointment time. I will call to see what is up and apparently my address is not in the system. The same thing happened to my grandparents about 2 months ago. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Would not recommend due to terrible service.

Bell MTS is the worst internet provider I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely terrible and over priced. Staff is useless when asked about slow internet speeds and the company doesn’t care to make necessary changes to fix this problem. 10 out of 10 the biggest joke of a company.

Over 10 years with this company, $80 for 6 mbs or up to 0.75MB/s. When I was uploading my 8 mb file it took approximately 10 minutes, unable to access online meetings. Great service especially during pandemic. But hey, they give 250mb/s for your cellphone when you have 16 GB, kind of unlimited 16GB of internet.In comparison shaw offers $60 300mb/s in winnipeg. I don't know how bellmts can say best national network"No wonder why covid cases are high. People need to connect somehow."

My cell has been disconnected because Bell decided to shut down the MTS services.I called repeatedly to several stores, no one ever answered, no messages returned and the sim I was sent in the mail is requiring I speak with someone.I am housebound, but the Bell support people say I must call in to get my service sorted,which i can no longer do or go to a store.They can not contact the team responsible even with email??I worked in Operations in Shaw and this is highly illogical, bad business or a lie.I had tried to do the contacting for days.

Always deal with the same person, she is very knowledgeable, polite and enjoyable to deal with even if I have a complaint or am frustrated. The store is clean and the layout it nice. Stock is alright. Always willing to order in which is nice. Good lighting. Nice big sign on the outside.
