We ordered a Ford Escape with one of the salesman there, we felt no pressure, our salesman was very down to earth and we had regular follow ups when updates came in on the SUV being built. If I could leave zero stars I would. After making an appointment and taking the day off work for a serious issue that would not allow me out of my truck on cold days Rockland ford was unable, un educated, or to lazy to do the work. At 8:30 in the morning they called to let me know they wouldn’t have enough time to do the work. Yes I asked for my truck back at 2:00 but you had it before you opened and you told me 2 hours. Shame on your incompetence. Today I took my truck to another Ford dealership and it was fixed in 1 hour 45 minutes. Your a joke Rockland ford.

I was treated rudely from the second I got to the parts desk. Was basically told I couldn't get a part price because I'm not a customer there. I just moved to the rockland area. Im a long time Ford owner and I have all my vin codes in my phone if needed. Any questions I asked I got an rude I don't know". So I guess they don't want new customers. Not only lost a sale on a starter but Im in the market for a new superduty. I'll be taking my business elsewhere."

From the sales rep ability to explain FORD products and options, benefits, advantages and all; his responsiveness to numerous questions, and his most appreciated effort in keeping us appraised of our future vehicle’s production, shipping and delivery timelines. Have not owned a Ford previously but this experience has made it so we would definitely do it again and recommend Rockland Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle and great dealership.

First time buying from Rockland Ford, was very impressed with dealing with Jacob! Very efficient, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for you. Every time we visited this dealership in the pass to snoop around and looked before we purchased he always came out to great us right away. Nothing but good things to say and he's easy and open when it comes to negotiations to get the deal done, witch we all know these days most dealers don't want to negotiate at all. Highly recommend!

I have dealt with multiple dealerships in the past, and was never quite satisfied with the after sales service. I have been coming to this dealership for any service/repairs to my F150 for the past few years. I am extremely satisfied with the fast, honest and friendly service. A special shout out to Matt at the Service desk. This guy always goes above and beyond and really cares about the customer.
