The shop is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is large selection of all shapes and sizes of cold/hot rolled steel, stainless, aluminum plus various thicknesses of metal sheets. I can purchase a small piece or a very large order. Doesn't hurt that it is in a good location as well.

I always get a quick response and the pricing is competitive.

Ordering was simple, what was not in stock sales rep got back to me in a timely manner, payment processing was efficient and delivery was quick.

If you need metal, THIS is the place to get it. The best customer service I have experienced in a long time, and I don’t throw that out lightly.They say “no order is too small”, in my case they meant it. I can’t possibly recommend them highly enough. You won’t be disappointed!

I phoned the Richmond store on Thursday and they said they could have my small parts in by Friday at 1PM from another store. I was waiting for the truck to arrive and one of the employees came out to my truck with the exact parts that I needed! He showed me how to install them and was super polite and professional! Thank you for the great service!!!!! Will highly recommend your shop to others!!!!

Too often you end up waiting 15 or 20 minutes to check out with your order. There are lots of staff here, but only one guy at the counter, who can spend 15 minutes while he goes out onto the shop to cut up steel for some customer before you.

I called on a Friday afternoon to order as I was informed by their Langley location that Richmond had very little stock left.Monday at noon I was informed that half of my order was reserved by another customer via email Friday morning. Had I known that they won't reserve your stuff unless its paid in advance...When I went to pay for half my order it was to be 3/4 of the original price I was quoted, because the half of my order was no longer a full piece.Thankfully the guy trying to fill what was left o my order applied the full piece discount.I feel like I should find a metal supplier that won't cost me the same in gas as I'm paying for their stock

I want two aluminum panels to modify the yard side door. The clerk was very patient and helped me find what I needed by size. Inexpensive and good quality. thank you very much!
