Today as of Dec 3, 2022... not good around because I am in wheelchair and there are full of boxes in the asiles...that make it hard for me to pass it as its very tight between the shelves and boxes. And it's all left there and no staff close... no accessible at this time. If there sre nothing in the asiles, them it's all good.

Garbage dollarama, super disappointing… half empty shelves, employees are worst than Walmart employees, and they don’t even have cashiers anymore, they’re phasing out by using those self checkouts only. Perfect for those who like to steal or pay for only half your stuff! They reduce their costs by trying to reduce staff, making it easier to steal, costs still rising :S figure it out greedy execs.

Three visits to this store in the same week and not once was there any staff at the counter, so there was no choice but to use self-checkout.

Why do the employees stock the shelves with so many boxes on the floor it is hard to pass and they do not move them. Hard to pick products so I gave up. Missed my sales because could not reach the items.

Its alright, i pick up small snacks here and there every other day. Dont go there during 12-1pm and 3-5pm...teens are over running the store from the nearby school its a long wait especially if you just want to buy one small thing

This is by far, the best Dollarama I have ever entered.The staff are extremely helpful. As soon as I walk in the door, many staff members rush towards me to see if they can be off assistance.Best of all, at the checkout area, the self service machines are extremely clear and user friendly.

The customer service was so bad, they were racist and was accusing us of not paying for their products when we literally did, I had to pay again and the machine didn't give me my money back and I had to pay again and when I told the female worker there, she didn't care or bother to help me. Products were good but customer service was so bad I'm never stepping in that place anymore.

They hire youths, even as managers, who cannot make an executive decision with regards to customer service. I accidentally picked up the conditioner instead of the shampoo of the same brand and came back and asked for a swap (because otherwise the thing would go to waste), which they refused to do - disgusting. I will not shop here again. You just lost a big customer.
