Equine Travelers

Victoria, of Equine Travelers, is not only professional, but dedicated. She could have cancelled the 1 day round trip run to pick my horse up from Chicago quarantine, due to adverse winter weather. Instead, she made arrangements to travel a day earlier and spend the night in a hotel near quarantine, at no additional charge. She communicated directly with quarantine personnel, as due to the storm, the pick up time kept changing. With a careful eye to driving conditions, she planned a safe departure the next day. She kept in touch, sending me pictures of my horse safely loaded in a big box stall, and let me know she was on her way and ETA. I really appreciated her communication throughout the entire process. Victoria safely brought my horse to West Michigan on the final leg of a very long transatlantic journey. I highly recommend her services.
