Mobil 1 Lube Express + Carwash

Went for an oil change and was told that my transmission needed work. I asked for a quote, to which was higher than expected. I politely declined for now, however the guy told me I either do this now or I’ll have to buy a new transmission, which will cost me a lot more. He said that I should have listened last time (i guess they had given me the same suggestion on my previous oil change). I found this to be quite pushy, however I still declined. I took my vehicle to the dealership to enquire about this, and they explained that my transmission did not need any work whatsoever. Will not be returning to this location, the one on highway 10 has been much more of a pleasant experience for my partner and I!

Went in yesterday for an oil change and got a bonus, much needed, car wash.Matt is the employee that was helping us and he was great. Very professional, polite and friendly. If I still lived close by I would do all my oil changes at this location.

That staff were efficient I had Crystal who seemed very professional. She went through a few things that needed to be done on the car. Even though I didn’t get these repairs done, I told her next time I would use my Mobil card to pay for it. She was really good

Have been there with my vehicle before. Waited 30mins to get in, and once I was in the bay they checked my service record, and confirmed the price. THEN they came back and said “actually, we’ve added a $40 skid plate charge”. The price before the additional charge was already more than what I paid elsewhere - so I said not a chance and left. The increased charge is already a blatant money grab; wasting a half hour of my time makes it worse.Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

I was overdue for an oil change, so my sister recommended Mobil 1 Lube Express. They service your car while you sit in it and wait. They give you the option of what type of oil you prefer. There is no pressure to use a more expensive one. They also told me my air filter needed changing AND showed it to me so I could see firsthand that it did, in fact need changing. I gave them the go ahead to do that but told them I'd wait on the cabin filter (which they also said needed changing). Again, there was no pressure to get more done than I wanted. The price was very reasonable as well. I'll definitely be back!

Great service! Informative, polite and got the job done quick!The only constructive thing I would have to add is that a free car wash should be included for services other that oil changes, especially since it cost much more.

Got an oil change today. One of the best oil change experiences I have had! Matt was top notch. No upgrade pressures like most places I have been to before. Highly recommended and I would definitely be back in future.

I’ve used many different places for an oil change. Once I found Mobil 1 in Langley I don’t go anywhere else. They don’t pressure me into services that I do not need. They have always been honest.

No persure selling. Quick work. I asked if she could change my window wiper as it wasn't looking right, and she showed me where it had snapped and replaced it with a new one. The car wash did a really good job on my dirty car. Friendly service. Highly recommend!
