Excellent course! Bruce provided a perfect environment for learning firearm safety. He is professional, thorough and keeps the course on track with useful and entertaining anecdotes.Bruce provides lots of explanation and demonstrations on how to handle the different firearms and then you have LOTS of time to handle the firearms while asking questions. Don't worry if you make a mistake, and that's why you're there, to learn under ideal conditions.Definitely read the manual prior so that you're prepared, it will then be reviewed in class. Don't worry if you haven't handled many firearms previously as it will all be well reviewed.I'd 100% recommend Bruce for anyone looking for a firearms safety course.

I came into this course with no knowledge or previous experience with guns, Bruce made learning very easy and it was a great experience for me. I enjoyed how the class was split between the book portion and the hands on. He kept everyone’s attention and the way he delivers the material was top notch he is extremely knowledgeable and teaching others is definitely his strong suite. I highly recommend taking his course. 5 stars without a doubt!! Thank you Bruce!

Worth the wait! I canceled with a different course (even after I sent payment), to go with my instincts and I'm so glad I did. This instructor is thorough, clear, non-judgmental and makes everyone comfortable. Bring your sweater in the summer, the classroom is chilly but you're guaranteed not to sweat due to nerves ;)I highly recommend choosing this instructor even if it's out of your way. I attended the combined CFSC/CRFSC . The pace of the class was perfect for a new student with very little or no knowledge about firearms.The teaching style is very engaging and fun filled with lots of hands on practice time on safe handling of firearms. Class instructions and materials are very detailed and easy to follow.Bruce takes time to explain key concepts repeatedly and gives one on one personal attention to slow learners.A very comfortable learning environment where individuals are valued and personal opinions are respected.I would highly recommend this course to anyone interested in a basic firearms safety course.
