Neat Dry Cleaners

This is one of the worst places i have been. Very rude lady. Asked for a price list for dry cleaning ..she replied we dont have price list as we dont want people comparing prices..what are you in business for then?. Im new in the country and this experience is a big disappointmenr..they do not alter clothes as well but they put an ad outside for alterations..what is this??..do not ever come to this place..

Went to this dry cleaner, 3 clothes, 1 not cleaned at all, 1 destroyed the cloth original design. It's a cloth designed by a famous fashion designer, but it is destroyed. They said they can fix it, but the original design is already destroyed, how can fix it back to the ORIGINAL!!! No feasible solution provided at all and then they started to blame us, blame everything to the customer. I never experienced any services like this before and really don't know what should do. Then we have to accept all these, our cloth is destroyed. Never come to this dry cleaner again.PS: As a business owner, does it legal to disclose customer personal information, such as name, for the purpose for which it was NOT collected?

Excellent service. Have had multiple items dry cleaned and most recently had dress pants altered. Professional and clean work at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I would not recommend this dry cleaner. Inconsistent cleaning quality and a complete lack of ownership when an issue arises.

I paid for alterations and it was very sloppy. When I returned to show them and asked for it to be fixed I was told that's how they do it. The lady then said she didn't charge me a lot...so I assume that is why they made an extremely sloppy cut and the edges were left raw. I insisted that this was unacceptable but she stood her ground and said I would have to pay more money...hell NO!I would not recommend this place nor would I give them any more of my business. If I could I would give zero stars.

I brought a brand new blazer in for dry cleaning. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, when I went to pick up the blazer it looked ruined. There was a large stain on the shoulder from trying to removing a small mark. I left the garment there and asked that the manager address the problem. I received a call the next day and was assured they would do their best to fix it. I had to wait a few days but the blazer came back looking good as new.

$12.99 for dry cleaning of a dress shirt? That's insane.

This is the worst dry cleaner I've been to. Watch the prices on your bill. I was told $4 per t-shirt. Ended up being $9.10 per shirt. Lol. That was my fault for not looking at the bill. Don't just take their word for it. Very unprofessional service from a part time worker with an Indian accent. Don't know why she is in the customer service business. Clearly doesn't enjoy her job. Cleaning wasn't done on time. No apologies.Never Again. I would love to give them a 0 Star but not possible. I was trying to find a cleaner close to where I live. On a good note Cathy one of the employees was trying to be nice with what she could do.
