Rode up to Parksville from Victoria for 1 week vacation. Windy, & windshield tilting back & forth all the way. On arrival, notice bolt missing. Dropped in unannounced & missing bolt replaced. Riding safely once again: thanks, Russ!

WOW!!! This shop is the best on the island IMO. Russ is so well trained and experienced. He was able to figure out a major electrical issue my bike was having with his equipment. This bike had been to multiple shops over 2 yrs with countless hours trying to sort it out and it only sat dead. Russ took the bike and got back to me within the day to give me the rundown. He stuck to his word on his pricing and is the most honest mechanic I have met to this day. I will only take my Bike to Russ from this day on. Thanks to Russ the bike is running like a top. Anyone needing ANY mechanical or electrical work done, I highly recommend Minami Motorcycles. Now only if he fixed Trucks. LOL

Russ is professional, polite and serviced my bike in a timely manner, he even cleaned my wheels. I’ll be going back for more service when needed.

No communication unless you physically go to him, no excuses, no assistance. My bike has been there since January (8 months) with nothing done but an estimate to send to insurance and ordering 2 parts from HD (tank and fender colour matched). The insurance adjuster has also said it is okay to take the bike from the shop (as long as mechanically safe) with the small parts fixed (engine guard, mirror, signal light) and use it while waiting for the body parts to be ready to install. This has not been done or even considered just ignored. All these positive comments must be friends or paid for! I may wait another year for telling the truth.
