Jc Tile and Remodeling
Initially hit it off with the contractor, he offered a quote over the phone and upcharged quite a bit. We were accepting of this, however what was extremely disappointing, was that after following up more than 5 times through phone & text messages, he never provided a quote. He promised he'd get it over each time I asked, within a day or 2, over 2 weeks of this and still nothing! We lost weeks of our time when we could have already started the project. His excuse was he was too busy to send the quote but still interested, which made no sense. Very frustrating.
