Wowwwww, what a horrible experience, if I could give it - 100 stars I would, I got the Moza burger with fries, it was by far the most tasteless meal I've had, absolutely tasteless, the burger patty was 1/4 inch thick with 1/2 inch of lettuce on top, my goodness how do they stay in business

Ive gone to this location a few times. A few times i've asked for something not to be put in the burger because my son is picky and when I get home its in the burger. Ive paid extra to put bacon in the burger and dont even get a full strip. Today we went I ordered a kids meal and 2 orange juices. Kids meal was fine. The 2 orange juices were water. I was with my 2 kids and didnt feel like going back to complain but now its getting to be annoying.

Food was average, kid buddy burger combo $5.99 didn’t have any toppings but only ketchup, it came with a small canola bar and a small cup of drink, Extra $1.99 to upgrade sweet potato fries. McD, Wendy’s & Burgers King seem to have better deals.Great customer service. The staff was friendly and fast. She saved the customers and cleaned the line up. I came back to her to get my daughter’s drink refill and asked for some pickles. She was very nice.

Horrible service!!!I didn't even want to give them 1 star!!!!I don't eat bacon and they always give me hashbrown instead, I walk in and the girl says I don't have an option to substitute, no attempt to ask her co-workers, no attempt to reach out to her peers just NO!!!everytime I went to this place it's some new Horrible experience and I will never go to this place again, the sad part of it all is I work in this mall and still was treated so poorly. Don't eat here.

Over $23 for 2 mushroom mozzarella burger combos. Mama size was a tiny child size burger. A few mushrooms thrown on and a slice of processed cheese. Absolute garbage. Avoid this place. 2 months later no comment from management. They don’t care.

Tried the Ringer Burger and it was great. Fresh toppings and great quality beef. Friendly staff too.
