Unfortunately under the new owners the food is not even close to the original. This was my go to when in Pembroke. Poutine is just not good! Fries not cooked all the way threw and the gravy is just gross. The younger girl working the cash was NOT FRIENDLY at all. She has HORRIBLE customer service skills. If they want to stay in business she needs to go. Then work on their food! Would give it a zero if it was an option.

Brought my daughter out for lunch. We decided on having a poutine. She enjoyed it, as did I. It was very fast service and a nice lady at the counter who helped us too. I also really enjoy their fountain pop!

My experience with this store can be described in one word: meh. The front cash staff wasn’t particularly friendly. The fries were super bland. Disappointed overall since they used to be so good.

Got an onion rings today ,they were cooked in the same grease there fish is,I have an allergy to fish,they could of said they used same oil.I asked before ordering and she said I don't think so,well you sure do,good thing I had my EpiPen with me.And the service from the lady was rude,rolling her eyes when I asked about oil.Never go there again. New manager will not last with that attitude

My experience under new ownership. Food was good when cooked (fries were not fully cooked my last visit). Portion size changed all 3 times in my 3 visits each time dropping a box size for the same meal. Pricing is fair compared to other fast food options. Service was ok (not nearly as good as the old owner Mike, but his energy is hard to match!). Overall the inconsistency makes it 3 stars.

Second time visiting after the new management, both times the French fries are not fully cooked. Totally disappointed
