Carmen is the BEST! I came to her with a challenging case, a mini poodle who hasn’t been groomed in years with mats you wouldn’t believe.She was fast and did an incredible job. He’s a brand new dog now!Thank you so much!

Carmen is exceptional when it comes to pet care. She has gone above and beyond to ensure my dogs are comfortable in her care, as they can be very anxious with groomers. Not once have they come home with a knicked finger, thank heavens as we have found in the past other groomers have, since my pups are paw pullers.She has a great and affordable list of services that she provides. I highly recommend her services.

Carmen has always been lovely for my dogs. She always grooms my pups according to their needs and my wants and is definitely the only groomer in the city I feel comfortable taking my babies to even now that I've moved 35 minutes away. My dogs never leave stressed or exhausted which is always a good sign as grooming is not always a calming experience for most dogs. You can expect quality service and an amazing groom every time!

Carmen is amazing! This was my first time taking my two border collies to a professional groomer and I am so happy with how they look. Carmen did such a great job and she was so understanding and considerate of my dogs needs. So happy I found her and happy to come home with two clean and well groomed pups!

My 3 big dogs have health and behavioural issues. They are a handful. Carmen did a fabulous job at grooming all 3 of them! I like that she has strict COVID-19 precautions. She was very responsive via text and email. I would recommend her to others with both high maintenance and low maintenance dogs!

Carmen is an amazing groomer! If you have an anxious dog, Carmen is the groomer for you. She grooms both my dogs but one of them is so anxious to go. Carmen made him so comfortable and relaxed that he was able to be groomed....no one else has been able to do this.Thanks Carmen!!

I was searching for a reliable and professional groomer and I also wanted to support local small business when I found The Mutterie. Carmen is very professional and responded to my request right away. And best of all, she did a fabulous job with my labradoodle! It's hard to find a good quality large-dog groomer and Carmen is very capable, skilled, and welcoming. I highly recommend supporting The Mutterie.
