Edinburgh Village

Living at Edinburgh Villages for the past 3 years has been absolutely amazing! The units are very clean, the kitchens are huge, and the rooms are very spacious. It is extremely conveniently located close to the University, the biggest mall in Guelph, and various grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, are pretty much anything you could need. The landlords have great communication and make everyone feel safe and welcome. It's pretty hard to come across a better package than this!

Nice spaces

Why didn't they put in elevators and bigger street numbers on the front? Or short term tempory delivery parking close to the entrance?

Extremely unprofessional staff and landlords. Had a great experience with other landlords in previous years and was disrespected and threatened by a maintenance worker for no reason. A good experience here has turned bad very quick by this properties level of unprofessionalism.

I lived here for a year while I attended the University. Overall it's a fantastic spot that's close to a lot of amenities and just a stone's throw from campus. Property management was fairly responsive, but I'm not sure if this has changed since I left. Overall I would highly recommend living here if you're interested in what is effectively off-campus residence.
