Hudson's Bay

I wish I could give zero star here. I went there to shop new sofa chairs last month. While I was staying for 40 minutes to test sitting on this and that, none of staff came to help. There was one woman at till but she ignored me and she even took off and didn't come back. Or she thought I would find her and ask her if I decided to buy anything? What a great way to do their business! So I gave up.I went there again to buy new mattress yesterday. None of staff greeted me or welcomed me. All the mattresses there are disgustingly dirty. And of course no one to try to talk and sell to me or to other customers around. They wait and give up and finally leave. This is such a pathetic service. No wonder everything in the store is old and dusty. They must have not enough staff but even though you see any staff there, they won't try to help you unless you go and try to talk to them for help.I do not want to shop at the bay at all. I gave up on it.

Pretty disappointed in my experience shopping here yesterday. I was in a change room, trying on clothes when a worker came in and asked if anyone was in there. I said I was, and she rudely yelled “we are closing!” I apologized as I didn’t realize the time and left right away. I coul tell they were annoyed, As I was leaving they were still in there, with a scowl on their face. The store was 15 minutes until closing (I left the store at 4:45). I get wanting to wrap things up to close, but there is a nice way of going about informing the customer. It’s bad enough the store lacks cleanliness and is very unorganized, but being treated like that makes me not want to go back. I love supporting a Canadian company, but I think I’ll just visit the other Bay locations instead.

The Bay with Zellers on the 2nd floor. No diner or cafe. Zellers is more affordable thus making going to the store more worthwhile. Limited items compared to big box stores.

Zellers!Been going since 92'Good prices, they're still setting up, hopefully they'll have their restaurant as I didn't have time to see everything. I look forward to more shopping here.

The bay has this amazing sale right now as their trying to get rid of inventory to make room for new stuff! Check it out, Ken in the shoe department is amazing. Ken definitely knows what customer service is all about, which is hard to come by now a days. Thanks, Ken!

Recently visited The Bay/Zellers and had a great shopping experience. They have some excellent selections of clothing styles for spring. I'm a senior lady and it was on Thursday that I shopped there. They had sales on and since Thursday is Seniors day, I got an extra 15% off on items I bought. I walked away pretty satisfied.

I don’t usually shop at The Bay but a recent visit may have changed my mind. Had the most wonderful experience shopping all due to the assistance of Ken, who was working in the shoe department the day I came in. Went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Thanks again for all your help, Ken!

I haven't been to a bay anywhere else but this one has to be the most unpleasant. Hardly any staff as I think they hide from you!The change room is an absolute mess. Clothes everywhere and no one around to clean it up. I noticed about 5 roll racks filled with clothes/hangers and all that. A mess. The store itself is a mess. Can't find sizes at all. One dress will be in one spot and another in a completely different spot.They need to improve in staff and cleanliness to make any money here.

It's outdated. I feel like I've gone back in time and should be holding my mom's hand walking around. I'm 46
