The BEST dentist ever. Dr. Mark is a real gem, he’s professional, courteous and makes his clients feel so comfortable. 10 stars if I could. I used to hate going to the dentist and now I feel at ease and know I have the best care around. The rest of the staff are amazing as well.

As always, Cathy is a great hygienist ! Front desk staff friendly & welcoming.Dr. Mark Ceroni answers all of my questions & makes one feel comfortable going to the dentist…where many people are not naturally at ease. Great Dentist office that carried on with the atmosphere originally experienced with Dr. Lou Ceroni set in the beginning. .

Easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Work is perfect every time. He won’t push you towards unnecessary procedures and his patients comfort in every visit is important to him. Every visit has been painless even through extraction. Great friendly staff all around.

Big time fan of Upper Ottawa Dental. I had to leave due too health issues, that didn’t allow me to do the stairs to receive dental services. I’m back and realize that the staff is still very professional , compassionate and made my visit painless with processing my insurance coverage at the front desk . These are just some examples that I missed and appreciate that I’m back . Great place great people.

I've had crippling fear of the dentist. Dr. RJ is fantastic. She is empathetic, caring but also uses humour to make her patients feel comfortable. Cannot recommend her enough!
