I attended a Pranayama workshop and the experience was nothing short of amazing! Charu who led the Pranayama part was energetic, knowledgeable and truly inspiring.After a lovely lunch, the Restorative Yoga with sound baths was so good, that I was in a Zen like state for the rest of the day. I have never experienced anything so relaxing.I cannot recommend this workshop enough!

My husband and I went for a couple’s massage here, and we will definitely be back for more. I had an Ayurvedic treatment with Anita. She was so kind and made me feel right at home. She is very skilled at what she does. It was AMAZING to say the least and I recommend her services to anyone looking to get pampered. Jeevanaya Wellness provides an above average experience and a great atmosphere. Thanks again for the fabulous service.

The studio, massage and reiki I received were fabulous. I’ve never had reiki, and my labored breathing improved during the session and still feels improved the day after.

The atmosphere is calming and welcoming. Anita is a beautiful soul who clearly cares deeply about her clients. I've had three separate treatments here and I can't wait to get back for more. The Lomi Lomi massage is one of the best techniques I've ever experienced and will be back!

Went for a massage with Anita, she is very knowledgeable and performs an amazing massage. You can tell she really cares about her technique and making sure the client is comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxed and she offers many services. I would highly recommend a treatment at Jeevanaya Wellness.

I received a wonderful reflexology session from Anita the owner - I really enjoyed it and it felt really great.After, I felt like I was walking on air and my whole body was so much more relaxed.I look forward to going back and trying the yoga and infrared sauna and perusing the healthy items - perfect for gifts, in her retail section.Also I liked that Anita keeps the studio very clean and I felt very safe from any virus issues.

Stacey was excellent with my appointment for a massage therapy. I was looking for a relaxation massage, and I was happy that she maintained that perfect pressure throughout. We were chatting when I engaged otherwise I was asleep. Been here several times in the last few months and it is just fantastic every time. Direct Billing makes it even more of a smooth experience. Everyone there is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I have already bought few gift certificates for my family from here.

We have been doing yoga with Anita for the past 6 months. She is amazing! My partner experiences a lot of back pain. She knows all the right positions to help with the pain and we have seen progress each week. We started attending in person and now attend via zoom. She is very friendly, humble, and accommodating. I highly recommend meeting with Anita to see how she can help you with your health goals.
