Trenton Season = moved my Mom their so she would eat better and their food is worst then what she was eating on her own. She pays over $3800 a month and i have to still go out and buy her food to eat in her room. Meals are small and terrible tasting. She was suppose to have a choice in what she had. There was a menu. Now it is shut up and eat it or starve. Suppose to be a retirement home I am disappointed in there meals. She asks for a second cup of coffer and is told that she can not have it or there will not be enough for the next lunch.

The residents are correct when they say this home is letting go of good staff just to line their pockets.I was one of those people that was told my job as dishwasher was no more.Ver disappointing because I loved it there,but if they keep dismissing jobs they are going to be stuck,as the reputation for employment here around the community is very very bad.If you mention Seasons it it all bad experiences .I was given 30 days then out of a job....I would never trust seasons...you just don't know when they are going to delete your job...no job security here at all

I am a caregiver of one of the residents and she is being taken care of! The staff are going beyond trying to make them confortable at this covid 19 time of all our lives being upset! and totally different experience! Everyone is trying their best!! Thank you Seasons staff and caregivers!!

Staff turnover is very high which indicates poor management and treatment of staff. If my Mom didn't go to the diningroom, they did not provide a meal until we intervened. Then they left the meal out of reach. They had no nursing on duty only unregulated care providers who passed out pills but new nothing about pharmacology. My Mom paid over $4900 per month. We finally got her out of there and she is thriving. Don't be fooled by the window dressing. Seasons is a dump!
