Rent is very affordable which incl. Free hydro, laundry, and cable. My bachelor is super clean when I moved in.I even have own bathroom with my own tub, so no more sharing. A big YES! PLUS I must say again FREE LAUNDRY!. Even better, to satisfy my morning breakie I like to chose a chocolate or blueberry muffin with a piping hot coffee. There is also a great incentive to put your name in a draw to do hospitality work to EARN extra mola. This location couldn't be better for all my necessary nemessities. (ie. Dollar store, groceries, Tim Hortons and a Veterinarian across the street ( am allowed to have my lovely, Missy which I love her so much. A craft room, games room or sauna would be nice. I would rate higher, but there is always room for improvement, isn't there!!

I stay there because I have a friend there and I am afraid of being alone after I gave this person 30000 dollars to pick me up and give me a safe place to live where I could try and escape my addiction to opiates issue I have faced for the last four to five years now

Went to Spoons for Sunday brunch. Good food, noisy though.

Now while the staff also seem friendly, approachable, and empathetic, most are compassionate to many situations with the residents, their guests, and the shelter folks (and/or the out in the parking lot shelter hopefulls), I suspect you'll come across the occasional employee you don't jive with but overall I felt staff were empathetic even if they were limited by policies when it came to actually helping me.

Only thing good about this building is spoons diner, on the plus side, when youre leaving spoons, you can give your leftovers, to one of the many unfortunates around the building.
