Rory and Team at Suncoast Enclosures in the Greater Toronto Area were amazing to deal with, and they do fantastic work as you can see from the photos of my beautiful white pergola. This team is very professional and well mannered while on the job site, they also took all their garbage with them when they left. When someone asks me about where I got my pergola, I smile and reply Rory and his team from Suncoast Enclosures!

After extensive research and great reviews, we decided to go with Suncoast Enclosures in Beamsville for our custom pergola. It was the best decision we could have made. My experience with the installers and the office was superb. I have retired from over 35 years of construction and the care and attention to detail was much more than I expected. If recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality work done in an unused timely basis.

A lot of care is put into the installation, they pay attention to details and make sure it’s how you want it. Rory was the main contact who communicated with me and was always responsive via txt, w-mail with any questions/concerns. They are very professional with all interactions and felt comfortable having them around my home. The louvered roof is stunning! Absolutely a worthwhile investment to spend more time outdoors. Really happy I chose Suncoast to do the job.

We were extremely happy with our enclosure. It looks clean and professional and has allowed us a fantastic outdoor area for entertaining or just sitting. Rory was great! His expertise lead us to the perfect sunporch design and his team left us with a porch that was even better than we had first imagined. Considering the end product, pricing was reasonable and we were very satisfied with that cost. To top it off, Jade made paying for it as painless as paying for anything could ever possibly be.

I hired Suncoast Enclosures to create a sunroom (three season room) over the balcony above my garage.As we were researching various vendors, what led us to choose Suncoast Enclosures was the sunroom product itself. I was originally hesitant because I didn’t read any reviews online in the Greater Toronto Area about Suncoast, but after meeting with Rory, I felt a lot better about everything. And I’m really thrilled with my decision in hindsight.Rory and his crew did an amazing job. The sunroom has literally transformed our outdoor living space and it has quickly become one of our favourites place in the house to go! I love the customizability with the vinyl windows - we can push them up or down, in any way we like. It's amazing that we could be fully protected from the elements with this setup. We've had the sunroom for the past 2-3 months and have loved it so much!! We’re literally out there all the time.The product itself is extremely high quality. We chose the black finish and it looks sleek and modern. We got the tinted windows to help block out some of the glare and it really does help! We also chose the white roof, instead of clear and we're so glad we did. It can get pretty toasty in the sunroom when all windows are closed, so I'd highly recommend white over clear.Their installation was also fast and efficient. During the pandemic, they adhered to all safety guidelines and restrictions were extremely friendly and professional about it. I sincerely appreciated that. It did take a couple of days though.In summary, I highly recommend Rory and Suncoast Enclosures and their sunroom product! I’ve only been able to test it in the Spring/Summer, but I’m confident it was last for years to come!Last, I wanted to point out a couple things about the sunroom product too - things that might be helpful if you’re considering it for your home.1) The vinyl windows don't really block out sound at all even when closed. It makes a marginal difference. I was expecting it to block sound out like regular windows and that's not the case. I should have figured vinyl wouldn’t block sound like a real window :)2) It can get really toasty hot when the windows are all closed depending on the time of day - so I'd recommend leaving them open most of the time and going with the white roof. When the sun is at it's strongest, it's gotten too hot for me. This is again with the white roof, not the clear one. I couldn't imagine how hot it would get with the clear one.3) It can also get cold in the sunroom. While it's a lot better than nothing, you'll need a heater of sorts in colder months to keep yourself warm. When the temperature dropped significantly, we've used a fire table to keep warm and that's worked out great!
