Counter people are great! Brokers are absolutely painful and do not reply to emails, voice-mail or calls.

After horrible customer service, and I mean HORRIBLE from quite a few Knight Archer employees(at Rochdale and the East location) and zero returned phone calls after calling them and emailing them atleast 6×...we went to see Kelsey at Harvard insurance Normanview and got thee best customer service!We will NEVER go back to Knight Archer.

I called Dec. 20 at 10am and left a message with reception. First available broker was to call me back. It's Dec. 23rd and I've not had a call from a broker. I realize it's Christmas but if no one is working this week just say so. I got my insurance elsewhere.

Jenn was friendly and helpful with my motor licence transaction. She was patient and went above & beyond to assist in plating my vehicle!!

Awful experience! Went in to do an insurance review to make sure we were with the right company/coverage, as we hadn't done one in five years. The woman we dealt with was outright combative. I wish I had ended the meeting rather than suffering through to the end. We switched to a different brokerage and had a much better experience. I'll NEVER return here, even for a license renewal.

I returned a call from Knight Archer and left a message 2 days in a row. Did not get a call back. I went in person and spoke with Jessica Elsaesser. She was very professional and helpful. She said it was her assistant that had called and didn't return my calls. All is well that ends well.

One of the worst insurance brokers in Regina. Never return your call or answer your queries. Trying to get an answer about my home insurance for last 3 months, but never called me back. Please don't deal with these guys!!
