Kevin, the store manager is truly amazing!! He went above and beyond to accommodate and rectify an issue with a refund that was instead charged as a purchase. Truly an asset to Champs and exemplifies patience and understanding! Thank you Kevin!

They hv enough staff but, no one approached us for help. We were in there for over 30mins. We managed on our own. The nice part was that 2 of the staff members saw that there was a very long line up at cash, they both helped clear that line within mins. On of them pulled us out of line and cashed is out.The styles are decent. Sizes were labeled well. So wasn’t too difficult to find. Because this place is located in the Scarborough town centre, depending on what day you go, you should be able to find parking.

Kiana or tiana, one or the other was abnormally rude to my friend and I for no reason. The story was basically empty and I asked for a pair of shoes in my size, she rolled her eyes giving us both a lot of attitude when we were just trying to get the shoes and leave, we were at cash waiting for the shoes as there was no one in line and she just dropped it in front of us and rolled her eyes again and said “anywayssss” without cashing us out or helping in assist us cash out. I’m literally not one to write reviews because I know people have bad days and sometimes you just can’t take it personal, but for some reason this woman was highly disrespectful without probable cause? Anyways I won’t be going back here lol the attitude makes it a really unpleasant experience.

I visit the store ant it has a good selection and that’s why I’m giving two stars because some of the staff is very rude I went there with my friend and I ask for a pair of shoes to a guy by the name of Simpson and he was very rude even he look I’m a bad way my friend and not even said a word just walk away and minutes later he did bring the sneakers we asked for. Better manners need it at that location

I went with my son here, I bought expensive shoes, in less then one week the front of the shoe looks dirty and weird. Price is too high for if you want good shoes. They wouldn't let me return it and it just got worse. If your buying shoes then just go somewhere else.

Terrible Customer service from the managers. Was there for a shoe drop at 4am and the manager refused to let us buy because we left to get breakfast. Even thought the people behind us and in-front of us vouched for us in the line, he still wouldn’t let us purchase the shoe. Extremely pathetic service. The managers only selectively sell which is absurd and must be accounted for. Exactly why I stick with JD down the hall.

I like to start off by saying this was my first time ever coming to the store here I normally don't shop at these type of stores. But I came here with my seven-year-old today had a hard time picking a shoe that would fit her properly if she has wide feet but I have to say there's a young lady by the name of Shanelle M who works there and she was amazing I felt terrible because she kept going back and forth for shoes that we were asking for yes yes I know this is her job. Either way she was amazing very polite very friendly she helped in every single way she could made me and my daughter feel comfortable I definitely want to go back but I would definitely ask for her help. I recommend her she is amazing she knows her stuff she has patience and is very polite and friendly. I just wanted to say thank you for making our experience amazing

Truly awful! I went with my son for a new shoe release. We arrived early and waited in line for a couple of hours. We were #6 & #7. By the time the store opened a bunch of people 10+ cut in front of us. The person at the door, Mike, didn't care. I tried speaking to him and he was incredibly rude. He basically laughed in my face and let all the resellers into the store first. If he's the manager then that's sad. We will NOT be coming back to this location again EVER. I would prefer to spend my money at JD where everyone has always been respectful to us.

This locations seems to hire anyone, had a terrible experience with employees walking around they are NOT helpful at all and get paid to stand around and ignore customers. Also the cashier Sofia she was rude, ignorant and petty just because I did not want to provide my phone number to sign up for some useless membership she gave me trouble with gift cards. First she claimed there was no balance on it when it was never used before and when I was about to pull out the card balance receipt it automatically worked. Since Foot Locker is going out of business I thought I would use that card here as well then poor thing could not read it. I waited over 5 minutes. I'm a person with vision impairment and asked for the card and noticed the numbers were very clear she was being rude and trying to waste our time. I read it out to her and again magically it worked. The other cashier was Keimisha or something like that and she was just as unprofessional and rude.

Horrible customer service from the manager and he does not respect peoples time , I came to the mall at 4 am for the midnight navy drop and waited 6 hours to get my shoes and was denied at the door because I went to use the bathroom even though I’ve been there in the mall for 6 hours straight I even had chairs down at the store and showed the manager a picture of me there at 4 am, this is completely ridiculous this guy did not respect our time at all and he even knows us because we are regulars and support this store all time. The manager named Kevin even seen me there when he came in at 7 and was already trying to say he’s not selling me the shoes even though I was there since 4 and then at 10 refused to sell to me and about 5-6 others that were there before more than half the others in line , even though people behind me were vouching that I was there he still refused to sel them . On top of that he told people he sold out of the pairs but then I had people telling me about an hour after opening he was selllung selectively to people he wanted to sell to. This is completely unfair to people who come early jus for the shoes I wasted 6+ hours of my life and a lot of that was in the cold jus to not get a pair which is crazy something needs to be done about this it’s very unacceptable
