Bought a fridge from them. Not a good experience. They did not deliver the services we agreed upon. I confirmed everything we spoke about in writing, issued a purchase order which also described the details of our agreement to which they paid no attention. When I complained, they claimed that they were not aware of the agreement with the sales person, did not understand what I wrote, I should have specified the services on the PO, they don't offer these kinds of services etc. Anything to roll the responsibility for this misunderstanding" on me while they completely failed to communicate internally and didn't read the emails or the PO properly."

We buy our equipment from ADL and they are much cheaper than any where else. We are happy with the services. Keep up good works guys !

ADL is great option if you are looking for new restaurant equipment. They have everything you need for restaurant but my personal experience i felt their prices is bit higher. I always like to touble check. Nice place great customer service.

I never leave negative reviews, but I should mention what happened to me for anyone who needs to buy important equipment for your kitchen(s). Yes, ADL has great prices if you buy equipment with no moving parts. However, I warn you, if you buy Fuego brand products, buy them at your own risk. Don’t expect much if anything by way of parts or service. From my experience, they don’t respond to urgency. Nothing is critical. No follow up. No one makes a move without the boss’s blessing. And when the boss is away, nothing gets done except for sales transactions.2.5 years ago, I equipped my entire pastry kitchen with ADL. I’ve spent 10’s of thousands of dollars in a short period of time. I bought their 30 quart Fuego mixer to use exclusively for cookies. This mixer is an OEM, meaning that ADL manufactures this mixer, thus all service and parts must be purchased through ADL. When I bought the mixer, I was assured that they provide full service and parts as necessary. This is not true.The cast plate that attaches the two arms cracked during mixing, so when we took the bowl off the pins, we couldn’t get it back on. Effectively, the mixer is scrapped. James promised he would talk to his technician the following morning. The following day I called no less than 6 times to get him on the phone only to hear that because this part never breaks and he doesn’t have a replacement. It will be months to get the part (who ships replacement parts in a container?). He offered no help. I suggested he disassemble a new machine and sell me the part. Then ADL could wait 3-4 months for the replacement. But the “bossman” was on vacation and he couldn’t make any decisions. There wasn’t another brand part that would fit. At very least if a part breaks that should never break, then the factory should replace this part at no charge to ADL. To make matters worse, James called me “baby-doll” and “dear”.Basically James offered nothing - not even a return phone call. All he could say was: I can’t help you if I don’t have the part. This part never breaks. Something must have “happened”. I replied we use the mixer normally. We didn’t hit it with a sledgehammer.” In the end, he sent me down the road with none of the promised support. What terrible customer service. I won’t be spending another dollar with ADL going forward, not even for a spatula.Now I have two choice: 1) buy another mixer (never from ADL again) or 2) remove the crack piece and have it welded back in place.I hope this review helps someone.
