Great customer service love this 7 eleven much nicer people working here then other locations

Excellent run store that knows how to treat their customers. I cannot say her name but there are a couple of lady cashiers here that are awesome. especially the Filipino lady :)The new Manager Tano is also great. A great place to drop by and get your needs and that coffee to start your mornings!

We've been there with our kids a few times this summer - slurpee straws havent been available every time. They have had them at the front so just be aware. During today's visit the assistant manager was scanning our drinks - didnt acknowledge us really and turned to talk to a colleague so she didnt see my wife wanted some lottery tickets. So she had to cancel the transaction and put everything through again. Aside from that the store seems clean and well stocked.

Great place to observe crackhead in their natural habitat. The store is great on the other hand. Clean and staff are friendly.

Place is busy watch out in the summer time this place is busy selling slurpees it is a little messy inside but it is so busy that it is hard for the staff to clean the place up a lot of selection as well always stocked shelves and coolers

I always come to this 7-Eleven. Its amazing. The problem is the drug users and smokers. So many teens and kids come here with there friends and family, and they have to enhale that awful drug smell. Also the slurpie mashines are sometimes not working and are watery. The prices are a little to high comparing to Dollarama who sell the same candy and drinks for much cheaper, nice products and a variety of choices

Friendly staff. This location has been 24 hrs even throughout the covid lock downs. I often go late at night for lottery and slurpees. Thankx to the great evening team members.

It is literally the third time I have ordered 2 bottles of Coke Zero from this place and received 2 normal Cokes.I would appreciate it if someone explained to the person who is handling uber orders the difference between Coke and Coke Zero.

I am never returning to this location, further more I intend to get the night guy working their fired. To start, the store was filthy, absolutely filthy. Over by the slurpee machines the floor was sticky or slippery depending on where you stepped. Lots of spilt product on the floor not cleaned and clearly had been there for hours or longer. Over by the donuts I wanted to get one. No bags at all. Asked the idiot for some he argued with me that there was some on the side. He eventually came and looked to discover all gone as I said. He brings me a bag from behind the counter. Most of the donuts have damage from some one using tongs to hard on them. Finally I want some corn dogs. It was the purpose of the trip. He had out about 8 corn dogs on the tray. I've never seen any 7-11 with that many corn dogs out at once. And they looked very old like 4+ hours old. They where discolored, and cracking. I asked for a couple fresh ones. He refused. Said its against company policy to run the oven past midnight and tried to bag some of the old ones telling me they where only a couple hours old. I refused, told him off and left with out the Slurpee and with out the doughnut. I've never had issues of getting fresh anything made up at any hour. Between how dirty the place is, and his lies and stupidity I never intend to return at this location. It is well worth the drive to the downtown Port Coquitlam location on Wilson street which is very well run, very clean and has very good staff.
