They are selling very poor quality lumber. 1/2 inch 4x8 OSB sheet is not 1/2 inch, it’s 7/16 that is 0.43. Sheet is not worth more than 6-bucks each but they are charging more than double. Mail is passing through the sheet. I am sure other framers also going through same issue.I have used same sheets from other lumber shops and those are much stronger.See sample in picsBlue sheet from GriffGreen sheet is from another lumber shopBy looking at the pic you can tell blue sheet is thinner than green sheet.

I go here regularly for materials. They have a great selection of high quality products. My only complaint is the customer service.The folks at the sales counter are usually helpful but the guys in the back typically seem to be in a bad mood and often are unprofessional in the way they communicate with coworkers in front of customers (on occassion I've witnessed them cursing/belittling coworkers) .A lot of times I have to wait for extended amounts of time behind delivery drivers and office workers just to hand them my pink slip to get my materials. It just seems that they would want the customers to be the top priority.I'm not one to complain much. It's just that I've experienced these frustrations during the majority of my visits here over the last 2 years and it nevers seems to get better.

Except lumber, . . . Their tools and hardware and electrical sections carry extremely limited numbers of varieties and supplies. I wish they totally get rid of these sections because I wasted a long commute just because a salesman in Lowes told me to check them out. I was looking for flux" (used for electrical soldering) and after checking out their super limited supplies I asked for help and to my surprise even the manager didn't know if they carry such item

A huge shout out to Sean! I've worked 40 years on construction projects and spent millions. Sean took care of everything. He even went on his lunch to the other store to get items I needed that day. Wow, that's customer service!

When you buy stuff from them they are very nice but when you try to return stuff to them they show you attitude. Don’t recommend getting lumber or anything from here.

Great place, good people working there especially Trevor in sales....they stock a lot of products, not the selection of a big box store but for hardware, sell some stuff you cant get at big box...great selection of screws and bolts, have bought fence panels, wheelbarrows, you name it!

My son is building a 10x20 ft covered deck at property at Mt Baker. Buy lumber at Griff saved him 800$ than is he bought it in Linden. Wa. Great friendly people to.

Front staff was excellent... great product selection: however the staff in shipping basically ignore you and have absolutely zero customer service training or skills... would shop elsewhere as I don’t have the time to chase them down and wait for long periods for material delivery
