Unbelievably nice and hard workers at this shop. They went out of their way to save the day for me when I blew a brake line on my truck! Can’t thank them enough.

Amazing service! While driving back to Vic my car was having troubles. They took a quick look, was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and get the parts ordered and installed that in a few hours and got me on my way. The service was above and beyond what I was expecting and with having two younger kids with me it helped bring down a potentially stressful situation. Thank you!

The most honest, helpful mechanics I've met in a very long time. Rod was able to save my little old work truck after a drive thru oil change shop botched a simple oil change!!. My small business thanks them too. They are a really great father and son shop. Highly recommended.!!

If you want an honest mechanic this is the place to go ! Rod has always been excellent to deal with - been going here for years. As a woman it is nice to find someone who does not lie to me about what my car needs. Can't say enough about him and the rest of the staff - would highly recommend !!

We were traveling through the area, when we had a breakdown. The father and son team got us in and back on the road fairly quickly. Price was reasonable and service was great. They are both friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

The two poor reviews do not sound at all like what I've experienced at Hi-Point. They always go out of their way to help, offer great service and pricing is completely fair. Told my son tonight when Rod agreed to come in tomorrow when his shop is closed to take care of a brake problem that just came up how important it is to find a good mechanic. Rod is certainly that. Couldn't recommend him more.

On a roadtrip from Quebec, our van no longer wanted to start but no garage was available for at least 3 days! Fortunately, Ron agreed to check and fixed the problem in 24 hours (ordering and part delivery included). We recommend this shop without hesitation, it's quality workmanship and a dedicated person to keep the customer happy!

Short story: Best and most honest mechanic I have ever found.Longer story: I'm in my 50s and have always bought used vehicles, so I've had my share of car/truck issues. I ended up doing most of my own repairs not just to save money, but also because I got ripped off too many times by mechanics that charged an arm and a leg to fix a problem, only to find out later that the problem was still there. This has never happened with Rod. He and Andrew are an absolute pleasure to deal with.Here are 2 examples: Brought him my Jeep because the parking brake wouldn't work. Another mechanic before him had replaced all the brake parts, charged labor and parts, and the parking brake still didn't work. Rod fought with it for days until he found the problem and fixed it, where the Jeep/Chrysler dealership had failed.Other example: We brought him my wife's car to get the brakes done. He called a bit later to tell us that the brakes still had plenty of life left, no need to do it for at least another year. Awesome Shop. Highly recommended.
