Worst Insurance broker to deal with they don't have recorded calls and they deal with insurance LOL I had a agent tell me one thing listened and did what she said then when i called back to say what she said was wrong she lied and said she didn't say it and turned my word vs her and they choose to take her word place is a JOKE and overpriced i got full coverage with another insurance company for over 50% off the price.

Only reason I'm giving one star is because zero stars is not an option.worst insurance company I have ever dealt with....told one thing on the phone about when my payments would come out...they tried to take it early and it bounced...not only did it cost me NSF payment but they decided they would not reinstate my insurance without payment in full instead of monthly. Also worst customer service I have ever had....sent 2 emails and 1 phone call before I could touch base with someone to try to fix the so called missed payment ....wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy

Heather is great. As a younger person with limited experience with insurance, she walks me through everything and explains it in simple terms, while still giving me options to allow me to find the insurance that works best for me. She finds me discounts where she can, and is always helpful when I’ve called.

Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with especially if you are a young adult. Took me 2 weeks just to speak to someone after being sent through to 5 different brokers, countless voicemails, and yet no calls back. I waited over a week to finally get a hold of someone just to cancel my insurance. They are terrible to try to get ahold of, they tell you one thing on the phone and another thing happens. I would not recommend going through them.
