Shuswap Laundry

I like all the large washer and dryers but the machines kept eating my money.And there isn't anyone to help which is really annoying. I won't be coming back.

This is a great laundry service. Best I have been too.Suzan is super nice, accommodating and very helpful. It can get very busy at times. Machines work very well and I have never had any issues. Keep in mind just like any other business things happen machines malfunction so no need to take it out on the owner of the businesses. Suzan is very sweet and a super hard worker and deserves a lot of credit on running her business.Thank you for a great laundry business and service.

Saved our camping trip. Our 4 year old peed in our sleeping bag the first night camping. They did a fantastic job washing it and getting it back to us in just over an hour.

Great laundromat. Prices start at $2.50 for a single load washer. They have top loading and front loading washers. Lots of machines. The dryers are industrial and dry very fast, usually only costing $1 - $1.50 to dry a double load. There is a change machine on site, as well as a soap dispenser. There is a washroom for customer use only.

Machines work well, good price

Sufficient enough facilities (although one of the dryers took a significantly longer time to get the job done). My issue was with the owner, who was dismissive and rude. She seemed extremely uncomfortable having people inside the business. We were told to “get out out of the way” and “go outside” despite the fact that there was only 3 minutes remaining on two of our dryers and we were simply there trying to get the job done. I can understand trying to be covid-safe, however there is a tactful way to go about that and the reception we received was far from it. We’ll choose to bring our business elsewhere next time we vacation here.

Nice and clean and most machines available for use (ie. very few are out-of-service) however the owner must be sick and tired of customers during COVID. Hollering and scowling at everyone as the limit is still 4 ppl at a time in there, and when we needed quarters for the dryers (the change machine spits mostly loonies) she made it very clear that noodles for lunch were more important.Pretty funny, but we will not be back.
