Very friendly and kind staff. Answered all my questions and gave great advice for my new kitten.

Treating us with respect, friendly and professional.Had to put down my 2 dogs 15 days apart.They were very gentle and caring.thank you very much for what you did for our dogs and for us.

We love the Waterview Animal hospital! Not only is everyone super friendly and kind, but they treat your fur babies how you want them to be treated! My boy Mack is nervous of other dogs so they always help me keep him apart from other clients!

Our dog was sick this morning and our regular vet staff said they were full for the next two weeks. Knowing our pet needed a visit to a vet asap, we contacted Waterloo Animal Hospital and they told us to bring her in the afternoon. It was very appreciated as it ended up being a bronchitis. Thank you so much for caring. This place will be our regular vet from now on even if it is a hour away!!

The staff there is great. I think it says a lot about a medical practice who have the same staff for years and years! I saw Dr. Bryce recently and she explained everything so well about my cats potential condition, and was very patient and helpful with my cranky cat. I have cats and a dog and they treat all my fur babies with care, respect, and love. They’ve never passed judgement on any medical decision I’ve had to make for my pets. I know medical treatment is expensive, but they have always been so helpful, and non-judgmental, especially when I had to put one of my cats to sleep last year. I have dealt with all the doctors over the years and I think they are great. They are always so busy in there, but I still feel important even when I have to wait. I appreciate them all!

Great vets but one of secretary is very rude and is not really good at customer service. No smile short answers and not very helpful no people/customer service skills. Beside that vets are amazing with the animals and very good with the pet owners to give info and go over everything.

Very friendly staff. I feel confident in taking my dog Macy to Waterview because I know she is well taken care of. I don't have to worry. Macy always seems calm and is so good when taking her there. I highly recommend Waterview Animal Hospital.

My elderly dog had a knee operation which was very successful as is her recovery.The staff are very knowledgeable and compassionate and I would highly recommend them .
