I was recommended to use Tom's Appliances to support local and because their service is excellent. In the current climate where everything is back ordered or challenging to get - Debbie and team have already impressed me with their customer service - above and beyond. I am very pleased !

Friendly service, reasonable prices. Had the part we needed to fix our stove in stock. Lucky considering I know with COVID 19 it can be hard to get parts in.

Fast & easy buying experience. Delivery, set up & old stuff taken away. Guys were friendly, polite & patient! (had quite a time with my old taps).

Called to ask about fixing my fridge as it was not cooling but the freezer was. They told me to unplug it to let it reset. It worked. Thx very much could have sent a service guy and charged me. Very much appreciated. These guys are great. Thx again.

I had one of the greatest experiences purchasing a Maytag Washer & Dryer from Tom's Appliances here in CK!Typically, my wife and I have been purchasing from Big Box stores but we decided to give local a better try.I called in and spoke with Sara/Sarah which was extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable and SUPER friendly! She guided me on what I really needed that made sense for us. Didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need.A few days later, two men show up to haul away the broken unit and deliver (AND INSTALL) the new units. They were super friendly, had a great chat with them and they were in and out super quickly.Talk about personable, friendly and just overall AMAZING service.If you need an appliance, the difference from Tom's Appliances is well worth exploring!

Great experience dealing with Tom's. Staff was very friendly and helpful as we tried to find the right washer and drier. They got us a good deal, order was in in a timely manner just as discussed. They delivered, installed and took our old appliances. Installation crew was great. Quick friendly and knowledgeable!

Ordered a part for my dishwasher and after giving the model number and the name of the item needed I still had to send them a picture of my item.After that they still didn't order the item, my wife had to call a week later to check on it and had to order it again as the first order was never actually placed.Then when that order came in they wouldn't wait 5 minutes after closing for me (as I work until they close but I'm 5 min away) forcing me to go into town eaely the next day to get said part.Now after being home and everything, it's the wrong bloody part. I've got it working but never again will these terrible people get any of my business nor anyone I ever meet.

Tried to order oven racks and twice in one week they never bothered to call me back. Even after I went in to order, I was told it take would a couple days for racks to come in. I was fine with that, and I still never heard back. Call them to check on order the week after and guess what.. it wasn't there, said they would call me back. Once again no call. Went somewhere else in Chatham and picked the racks the next day!
