The Grand Cantina
The Grand Cantina serves some really, really amazing Mexican food. The tacos were delicious and every dish was excellently seasoned and stuffed with fresh ingredients. The restaurant interior itself had a very vintage-aged, sort of hipster vibes with a lot of decorations paying homage to Mexico.Overall, it's a great place to visit when you're looking for Mexican food. By the way, don't forget to try the churros here; they're incredible.

Liked the ambiance a lot. The servers were very polite and the food was exceptional. Really liked the fries cooked in duck fat. The Barbacoa beef taco was also really good.

Visited Grand Cantina for my bday weekend and it was a blast. The drinks and food were very good. I tried 3 drinks and the MULE was my favorite! Service was great and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. A must place to go.

Drinks were tasty and the food was delicious. Service was excellent as well. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back and try some other tacos.

Great place to meet for a drink, love the vibe and addition to the neighbourhood. Menu is unique and promising. Unfortunately I’ve never had a good meal here. Last visit my fish taco was like an over cooked piece of sponge that smelled awful, pico served cold in a Tupperware container with blah tasting chips, was quite disappointed. Previous visits were mediocre/ not as bad as my fish taco experience but for the price- I’d never go back nor recommend for more than a beverage given the other amazing options the city offers.

Been here a bunch of times before but this was our first visit eating outside of summertime. The location is small but the interior is cozy and unique. The food and drinks are phenomenal. We always get the fries with the duck fat and banana jam (it sounds weird, but it is delicious!) We have had their margaritas, sangria, mojitos and mules - all scrumptious! Their tacos are also wonderful - note that a corn tortilla isn’t a hard shell - it’s still a soft tortilla and oh so tasty! The food combinations go together so well. Lastly, we tried their churros with caramel sauce. I wasn’t that excited - I’m a big sweets girl but this was DROOL WORTHY. Crunchy, warm, doughy, just the right amount of sweetness! Stop by whenever but note if you visit the picnic area in summer it is bee central. They don’t bother me but if you’re frightened just play it safe and eat inside!

Brought the family out to dinner Thursday. Our server Lynne was great. The hype isn't really warranted thou. The corn fritters were good, even better heated thr next day. The nachos and salsa were really good. The tacos thou were blah. A few were pretty gross actually. I wouldn't go back tbh. Way over priced for what your getting.

We got there early and it was empty there was one server and we had her undivided attention....the properties owner came by with their frenchie he was such a gentleman so handsome!! Then the place filled up with the lunch crowd quite quickly the one server she handled it like a pro!! Love this place ❤️ can't wait for the move!! To see all of the new atmosphere!!
