My experience with Geoff was absolutely top notch. Very responsive to emails, came on time, was honest, friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and discussed what his findings were as we walked the property, so I could see for myself. The report came quickly and gave me the additional info I needed. I would recommend Citadel Home Inspections to anyone and give 6 stars if I could!

Geoff was a delight to deal with. Professional, on time (early, actually), and did a whole home and septic tank inspection. He even took me around to explain things while I was there and give suggestions on items that weren't red flags but could use a better fix in the future.His report came a day later and was quite thorough with many pictures, details and further explanations of what inspectors are normally looking for versus what he found.I absolutely would recommend using this company again.

Citadel Home Inspections
Citadel recently performed a WETT inspection on the wood stove at our cottage near Bancroft. Geoff arrived on time, promptly carried out the inspection and also provided useful information regarding installation requirements. He was very courteous and thorough and followed up the next day with a detailed report. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or use them again for any future work of this type.

Had Geoffrey come to do a WETT inspection and he arrived in record time and did a very thorough inspection. He made the home buyers feel very comfortable and I would highly recommend his services!

If I could rate lower than one star, I definitely would. This company slandard hired help due to their lack of communication and payment. Like a child has also deleted all explanations of which puts him at fault.Like a bunch of children attacking online, instead of sorting the ordeal out in person.I will never recommend this company.

Geoff is thorough, knowledgeable, and prompt! What more could you ask for? He is very familiar with the area and all of the various trades in the neighbourhood, so when he sees the installation was done by someone he is familiar with, he can comment on if it was installed or built well or not. He answered all of our questions and his final report was very detailed.
