Every time I have been there the service reps and managers have been very helpful and courteous and the mechanics that work on the car do an excellent job. The price is competitive.

Brought my car in for service. The service staff were very accommodating and helpful. They attended to the issue promptly and had my vehicle back to me the very next day. The shuttle service is also very prompt. Great experience at McAlpine for me!

I went in thinking I was in for a huge bill and repair. Shortly after checking into my edge they found the issue with a wiring harness. They covered it under warranty and had it back up and running within a short time. Very professional and communicated everything I needed to know. The edge was ready on time and no other issues arose. I was very happy to be taking my car there and would not hesitate to do it again if needed.

After I submitted the service application online, I received a response from customer service in less than two hours. They promptly scheduled a service appointment for me and notified me via text message. I dropped off my car at the designated service center in the morning as planned, and they completed the repairs in the afternoon as scheduled, informing me that I could pick up my vehicle. There was a minor mistake on my part due to a misunderstanding of the appointment time. However, despite this, they still enthusiastically arranged the service for me on the same day. This truly demonstrates their commitment to customer service.

Service is much better than Pine Tree Ford. Before I came for service I had scheduled the appointment several time due to my side issue. Their services manager returned my call and helped each time. I was 30 min away. And they got me a Uber.

First day when I went through the quick lane for oil change but rejected because they were fully booked and that was around 4:00 PM, however the next day they were ok. (minus half star ;) )staffs are so polite and friendly.The service was really quick, 30 min for oil change is great.The costumer waiting area is clean but it would be better if they have a coffee maker or drinking water.Overall was an acceptable experience.
