Excellent customer service! We brought home our new puppy during the lockdown and this has been our go-to location for supplies. Curb-side pick up has been very organized and staff have been wonderful. Highly recommend this location!

Just awful. Dropped my dog off to have a shampoo and nails clipped. “Groomer” called me 30 minutes later saying my dog had “explosive diarrhea, literally everywhere, even on me”. Left my lunch date and picked up my dog. No evidence of “explosive diarrhea” no smell or anything. Got the dog home, the “groomer” hadn’t even bothered to shampoo my dog, let alone trim her nails as I’d asked. For this total non treatment, they billed $80. Avoid this shop.

My experience at Pet Valu was amazing. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Made it easy to find the haltee and treats for our 12 week old puppy :) I would definitely recommend them for all your pet needs. A++++++

Not very friendly there. Asked a simple question about a dog food and got told “whatever is on the shelf”. Ended up finding and buying what I needed, upon checkout. I get asked if I’m part of the reward program. I reply that I am not it’s my first time here. Then she proceeds to just cash me out. Like why not ask if I want to join? I simply won’t return to this location or recommend it to anyone. They clearly don’t care about repeat business.

Serena is the best! Nothing but great things to say about her. My dog looks forward to our visits and absolutely adores her. She is always so kind and helpful. By far the best groomer in Durham. Keep up the great work
