My beautiful essential oils arrived in perfect condition. I really appreciated the use of kraft paper, tissue paper, and this neat honeycomb paper for a 100% recyclable packaging - no plastic to be seen! Other retailers should take note, if a company is able to successfully ship 10 glass bottles without any plastic or bubble wrap, it can be don!

mostly love the oils, but the customer service is questionable at best...100% satisfaction guaranteed is laughable. also, the price of their 100ml bottles pretty much doubled overnight, so testing smaller bottles to make sure because there's no return or refund if something goes wrong, is suddenly very pricy... if you leave a 3 star review on their website, it will never show up, in my experience. so. good oils. bad service. you decide if it's worth it.

I have been ordering from NDA for years and never really complained about how the liquid ingredients like essential oils and carrier oils are delivered a bit empty looking and definitely not always the freshest!When I order a 1000 ml I expect that it is so and not 950 ml and this has happened many times before. Just got my order today and the lime and lemon essential oils are definitely not the freshest (ordered in the past so I know the scent exactly..). I enjoy ordering from this company and will continue but I do ask that this issue is addressed so that everyone is happy!

Best company in North America to source natural raw ingredients from. Have been purchasing various essential and carrier oils and glycerin from them for 4 years now, and comparing to the other leading suppliers and there is no comparison when it comes to quality. Some things are much less expensive, some things are more expensive, but you'll always get the highest quality ingredients and can depend on them for running a business of any size. They make my products amazing!

As a soap maker of 45+ years I have tried many soap bases. The New Directions clear melt and pour soap base is the best quality. I've been buying it for several years. It has none of the harsh chemicals of other melt and pours. Clients are always commenting on how long lasting my gem soaps are. This soap has a lovely lather, and softens the skin. It holds the essential oils very well. On top of all this, their service and client care is exceptionally good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have been ordering from New Directions for years. This last order was great. I ordered and received the package in the same week. The quality is fantastic. I appreciate they have improved the lids on the pails so now they are easy to open. Packed very well with recyclable wrapping and packaging. I am really happy with this company for my soap making ingredients.
