You would think a place this big would have everything but they don't, if I could 1 stop shop here then I'd give 5stars . Need to start carrying the big bottles of Dex4, need to be more diabetes friendly and need to be more lactose friendly. Staff are awesome, ladies at customer service are awesome.

I dropped a pair of headphones getting click and collect. I called 12 hours later, and the customer service and people at click and collect were great to deal with! They had me wait on hold for just a few moments, and were able to find the headset. When I came to pick it up, they even brought it to my car. Great experience overall!

I was impressed by how beautiful and organized this Superstore was. I was so excited to see variety of breads like cranberry bread and raisin bread etc.Unfortunately, raisin bread was full of sand, unbelievable. SAND?Raisins were clearly not washed before baking. Eat bread then prepare for surgery!

This is the best Superstore in the city. Everything is organized, neat and always in the same place. It's definitely nice to walk around and browse the shelves, as you'll always find something new. This Superstore has the best selection, freshest produce, and well stocked shelves.

Starting to like this store. Most of the staff are great. But some are not so nice get dirty looks from some some won't even try to help don't even want to speak to us. But I will continue to go. Hope they will deal with these employees, no need to treat people with what seems like Hate. Store is clean, like most of the prices and selection is getting better.

Beef is very low quality. My meat drawer is verified to stay at 0c. beef claimed it had 2 more days until the BB date, I bought it on sunday, it's tuesday now. I had to cut off large portions of the $22 roast because the beef had turned brown. Also just seems to be a very low grade cut of meat in general, as its mostly fat.

Every single online order delivery person has been amazing and friendly.Today at store 01569 Dovie helped me and she was too kind and quite careful for the groceries.My only complaint would have to be having to walk all the way to the front entrance of superstore instead of being able to enter through the online order door, but that's merely minor. Overall, the online shopping experience has been nailed at this 17st Superstore.Please keep up the good work. Also, the renovations and up keep have also been subtle but innovational.Use of the second level in the store though could be of use depending on the service introduced.

Buy from Wal mart. Superstore is evil. Galen Weston is a criminal and self checkout is the funniest trick. No cashiers on because self checkout is a trick. I'll use self checkout when you give a discount for it.
