Great service, friendly staff. I dropped my bike for a checkup and even though it was a busy time they made sure to have it ready for pickup in time.If you get a chance to talk to Noel ask him about his professional biking experience, it'll somehow both motivate and scare you to bike again.

Ordered a bottom bracket online for pick up in store, was in stock at an other location and supposed to be ready for pick up few days later. No news for 5 days so I pay a visit and they tell me the other store did not send it, should be ready for pick up the following day. Go back that day and it’s not there, the other store did not send it.Finally received a call saying they now have it and I realize it’s the wrong one, asked for refund.Will go buy my bikes parts somewhere else…

Very satisfied with Stephen and his Team. Very impressed by their customer service and their knowledge on E bikes. I had been to several stores prior to making my purchase and definitely felt like I had made the right choice by coming to Bicycle sports. Highly recommend them for any type of biking needs.

Great service. Steven and his team were nice and helpful with their suggestions. Steven helped me with my bike fitting and taught me a lot about bike fitting and other useful tips for riding. 110% recommend someone to visit this store to get biking, tuning a bike and anything bike related :)

Daniel in the shop helped me seat my tubeless tire after being unsuccessful with my stand pump. In and out in less than 5 min and super friendly on top. Recommended!

Amazing experience here! I popped in last week for some Look Delta bike cleats, and Stephen the store owner took great care of me! He asked if I needed help installing the cleats, and even though the store was busy with people likely spending more than I did, he helped me just the same! Stand up guy, great service, will continue to bring my business here!

Wide range of products, knowledgable and super friendly staff. Props to Valentina and Noel! :)PS - I bought a Madone AL 2 and Valentina guided me through the entire process, from choosing all the accessories to understanding the fundamental guidelines any biker should be familiar with.Update: Noel comes to the rescue once again! I got a pair of Cycling shoes and pedals yesterday, and Noel helped me choose the right products. He also helped me choose the right cleats and explained how everything works. Big Up Noel! :D

This was my first visit to this store. I was in the area so I dropped by to pick up a bicycle helmet. The store being in downtown has challenges with parking. Inside the store is clean and well organized. Stephen assisted me with my purchase. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and has good customer service skills. Recommended bike shop if you’re in downtown area.
