Do not eat here. SOUP tipped over in car. Plastic bag was not tied. 1 soup survived, other spilled out in car. Food bowl was ruined, in same bag. I grabbed bag and soup spilled i car, on my lap and left a slight red mark on hand due to hot.See pics attached. I spent over $32. I had to clean car and mat when i got home.I am calling store Manager tomorrow.Update...Manager gave me 1 replacement soup today ...free of charge. I wanted nothing else. I was angry when the mess happened.

There’s a cute girl working alone that smiles and makes the best Buddha satay bowls and Cobb wrap! So quick and efficient for working alone. Always appreciate good customer service!

Highly Recommend!!!This location has awesome staff and very well maintained store compare to other locations.We loved the Soup & Mediterranean bowl. Great quality with good quantity.

I went to freshii for the first time, and danmm it was so good! The food was fresh and when I ordered she had it ready in like 2 minutes and gave me extra salsa just because! Me and my coworker were very impressed and mentioned how fast the service was. The level of customer service was outstanding, and the food was colorful and delicious. I ordered a Mediterranean bowl with chicken, highly recommend. Will 100% be returning

Today at 11:40 I came to Freshii for my usual Buddha bowl with chicken. I came to the Dougall location as it was closer to me today. The employee working greeted me at the door and was super friendly. He made my meal and it was perfectly done. I have not had this experience anywhere in town. He took his time with the noodles and made the whole experience amazing!I don't normally do reviews but this guy deserves recognition for his hard work. Not many like him out there any more. Great work!!!

Wow! Great customer service and my bowl was SO good and well made with lots of toppings. Visited at lunchtime on Monday Feb 6th and the young man at the front counter was so friendly. Meat, rice and veggies tasted fresh. Have been disappointed by a few other Freshii's in the past but this was a great experience. Happy to have a healthy new restaurant in South Windsor.
