Les prix sont variable… lorsque jai ete porter mon téléphone il me donne un prix et lors du ramassage une fois lecrant réparer le prix n'est plus le même et veux seulement être payer contant sans possibilité de payer avec carte….

Ca fait plaisir plusieur fois je viens voir zac pour l’installaion d’ecran protecteur, service impeccable et installation parfaite! Rien a voir avec le service du mobile snap du carrefour laval !

Excellent service, employés très chaleureux et accommodants. Mon écran était complètement brisé et après environ 1h-1h30, mon écran était comme neuf. (Attention cependant à l'étanchéité de votre écran!). Beaucoup moins cher que les prix exorbitants d'Apple. Je recommande.

I do not usually shop in these types of stores. I do not think I will ever again after this experience. I went to the store earlier in the morning before going to the gym. I bought an iPhone adapter from there to be able to listen to music with my beats while at them gym. Unfortunately., the adapter was not working correctly, so I decided to finish my morning and come back later in the afternoon. My old adapter, i threw recycled it 4 days before buying this. Since on the receipt it is written, in 7 days you can always exchange or refund. Now I am back in the kiosk asking for an exchange, of course i bring along my receipt. I salute the hard working co worker to explain him that the adapter is not working. He was chocked himself, i thought nothing less and it would just be a simple exchange. .. I was chocked as well because I did not see the point of me lying that the adapter they provided me was not theirs. I couldn't understand how they could not recognize their own product a blame it on me and couldn't just simply exchange the pieces they gave me. I asked for the manager because i understood that the co-worker was simply doing his job by protecting his company. They explained to me that I may have mistakenly brought one that I had for a long time and exchanged for theirs. I gave that thought consideration and even searched everywhere around my house to find another adapter like the one they should me in store. I can tell you... I did not find another one like that... I couldn't find another adapter other than the one purchased from them.. This company just takes the money and no refund, even if the item is defected. Never,ever would I recommend this place to anyone. The employees are nice and all, but after purchase you are on your own.. I was so disappointed, I am really wasting my time on the internet to write a review on how surprising this experience was. I am not the type of person to even write reviews on the internet, however, this experience really frustrated me.

Un Service Extra. J’ai fait plusieurs fois affaire avec cette boutique et même que je ne demeure pas dans le secteur je reviens toujours car j’ai un excellent service. Tous ressèment j’apporter mon iPad Pro 12,9’’ pour une réparation importante. Je leur fais confiance car les ordinateurs et les Cellulaire je connais ça comme un ancien propriétaire d’une boutique informatique que je vendu il y a quelque année déjà. Il faut bien ce méfié des commentaires des clients malcommode, critiqueur et grognon qui cherche des bibittes. Moi je n’embarque pas la de dent. Une chose est certaine, l’expertise et l’honnêteté sont les facteurs très importent dans cette domaine et Mobile Snap peut être fier de faire partie des Experts et mérite bien 5 étoiles.Recommander par un connaisseur.

Mauvaise expérience! Préposé toujours au téléphone. A deux reprises j'ai tenté d'acheter un étuis pour mon téléphone, il ne m'a même pas regardé. J'ai finalement acheté ailleur.

Très mauvaise expérience, j achète un vers de protection pour mon cellulaire , une journée après ,le vers a commencé à craquer sur le coin puis je suis retournée en magasin, un des gars s'obstinait avec moi disant que mon cell est sûrement tombé je lui est dit non puis me le change pour un autre car il y avait une autre cliente qui a eu le même problème que moi. Lendemain je regarde mon cell et un autre craquement sur le vers, je rappel et le gars me dit qu il a d autres clients avec lui et qu il ne peut rien faire pour moi. Verres trempés pour protection de cell de très mauvaise qualité !! Et zéro service à la clientèle !!

De base, j'aurais mis un bon 4 étoiles (le service était agréable), Mais là je me rend compte quelques heures plus tard quand j'ai annoncé à mon entourage que je m'étais acheter un chargeur a 44$...qu'il ne m'avait même pas proposer la facture! Ce qui est illégal! Certain pourrait me dire que je suis Tête-en-l'air, Mais je pense que c'est la responsabilité du vendeur de, au moins, me demander si je voulais le reçu! En tout cas, je suis aller voir sur Amazon le même chargeur...PIS JE ME RENDS COMPTE QU'IL N'AURAIT DU ME COUTER QUE 25$!! Donc je me suis fait avoir et fait voler 19$...j'espère que le chargeur est de très bonne qualité et qu'il ne vas pas briser demain (car oui c'est arrivé aujourd'hui). Merci à ma famille de m'avoir appris une loi que je ne vais pas oublier.
