This place is super good for all plumbing need. If they don't have they can order. Great place for older parts or newer ones. They showroom is always full of great ideas. The location is a little hidden. The order desk guys are always friendly, fast, and well knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately had a bad experience with the Ensuite. The staff was very unprofessional, disinterested in helping me and my wife with our purchase. When I was in the store I was reviewing their pricing versus pricing of other local vendors and even local stores like Home Depot and Lowes and they are marked up 15-30% higher than other vendors. Terrible service, over priced products, don't waste your time.

Travis at The Ensuite is such a pleasure to work with! He is helpful, knowledgeable, and makes great recommendations to guide you in the right direction for what your needs are. He was very patient with us as well, which is a bonus for people who can be indecisive! The showroom at the Ensuite is also extremely organized and beautiful. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Called and asked to speak with manager to ask if they do payment plans, receptionist was very rude and said no they're not in" and hung up on me. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but that's a terrible way to represent a business."

Like five years ago I snagged a rad kitchen faucet from the ensuite. Yeah I paid double what a basic one across the street woulda cost but it is the best tap I've ever used. This sweet little piece of pipe magic has pretty much replaced my dishwasher. So I was pretty bummed when the sprayer hose sprung a leak. I uninstalled it and brought it to the counter at emco and the dude gave me the part and straight up showed me how to fix it. these homies will hook you up and take care of you.

We walked in this last week to go get some ideas for our bathroom reno. We weren’t greeted at all. Everyone’s faces were glued to their screen. We wandered around slowly…thinking maybe they were just busy…. After about 10 minutes of walking around….and there were at least 8 staff there, and not being acknowledged at all. Decided to leave. As we were heading out the door, one man got up and asked if we needed help. No hello how are you today. They lost our business and any recommendations for anyone we speak with.
