Excellent experience retaining Sam of United Plumbing. He showed up on time and replaced my hot water tank within couple of hours. I then decided to retain his services again for replacing my two bathroom faucets, shower tub & downspouts. I was amazed with his professionalism and efficiency. After completing my bathrooms, he even fixed my kitchen faucet that had less hot water pressure by changing the shut off valve at no cost. Very impressed with his work ethic and knowledge. I will definitely retain his services in the future.

Sam was very professional and courteous. He was a pleasure to work with and was able to replace our hot water tank the same day we called. He mentioned he was also a licensed gas fitter which came in handy as our cramped utility room was a bit of a challenging install that required temporary removal of a gas line to get in the hot water tank. Price was similar to the other plumbing/heating companies I called that also had good reviews. Would recommend United Plumbing/Sam.

Sam did an excellent job. My hot water tank started leaking yesterday evening. I called many companies, but they were either not available to come the next day or they kept on changing their prices. Sam, on the other hand, gave me a fixed price. He came the next day and installed a new hot water tank. He was very friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend United Plumbing. Untied Plumbing was great to deal with. Provided fast and efficient service and replaced our hot water heater with no problems. Provided excellent follow up to ensure we were happy and satisfied***UPDATE- further follow up was required as the new heater had issues within a week and was given runaround and poor service given by them to rectify as it became now our problem. Would not recommend going forward. Very disappointed.

Excellent experience with United Plumbing Ltd. Sam was extremely professional and fixed the emergency leak in my kitchen sink quickly and for a very reasonable price. Sam was great. Made time for me in short notice, did quality work and very reasonable. Also gave me an honest diagnosis on my hot water tank (secondary issue) that I did not have to replace the whole unit to fix the problem, while every other plumber told me to replace the tank without even coming to look at it. I will definitely retain his services and would recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

I have never needed a plumber before as we purchased our house new about 9 years ago but was having issues with our hot water tank over the past year and had enough. Sam was great to deal with. He was prompt to respond to my inquiries even on a weekend and was the most competitive with his pricing. He installed the new hot water tank quicker than expected too. I now have a good contact for any future plumbing issues. I Would definitely recommend United Plumbing.

This is the second time we've called United plumbing and both times I've been happy with Sam's work. The first time he replaced our sump pump and this time he unclogged our kitchen drain. We had water leaks, flooded around our water heater tank one Saturday and the first thing I came to think was, it could be the worst time to call for a plumber. I called 3 companies, fortunately United Plumbing Inc. was the only one who answered my call directly by a technician himself. The technician Sam, after he heard our issues, he politely gave us an answers for our problem and quoted the best reasonable price. He's very reliable, came the same day service, arrived before time and done the job in less than an hour, awesome. Thanks Sam for your excellent service. We called United Plumbing because our kitchen and basement sink had plugged completely. We also needed a new hot water tank, Sam came quickly, did a great job making our plumbing run again and the next day he came back to install a new hot water tank! Great communication, good prices and he was very clean - did not leave a speck of dirt in our house. This is quite amazing due to all the gunk he had to clean out! We will definitely use United Plumbing again next time things go wrong!
