We’ve been with this pharmacy for about two years now and they are so friendly and accommodating. We switched from another pharmacy who kept forgetting we had prescriptions on file and were not friendly at all. The pharmacist was always berating an employee. It’s been a refreshing change.

We have been with this IDA pharmacy for years. During this time we have moved a few times, but always came back to this location when we need our medication. The owner and staff are very friendly, always helpful and knowledgeable. When i need a special item, they did the research and I got it within the next week. We are very happy and thankful for great customer service. We feel like a family members.

The best pharmacy ever! Your questions are answered immediately and any concerns with your health are addressed quickly. They are extremely professional, while still being very friendly. It's not too often you can get service like this anymore, and they always call you by name. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my family's medical advice. Melissia, you're the best! The staff treat their customers like family. They are alway so friendly and knowledgeable. Always happy to answer questions and provide any education you may need about a medication. I am moving a little further away but they will remain my pharmacy because of the amazing service.

Amazing staff! My husband has been going to this pharmacy for years and we have continued using this pharmacy as our family grew. They recognize us when we come in, our prescriptions are filled quickly, and they always ensure we know how to use our medications properly. We have many other pharmaceutical practices close to our family physicians office but we choose to drive to this pharmacy because of their excellence in service! Highly recommended.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have had medical concerns during covid and the pharmacist is always willing to listen and help with sound advice. A genuine, caring team. They don't just provide you with their medical expertise, they really desire to serve your needs.
