Does a good job and easier to schedule than the downtown Toronto locations. Always make sure you’re on time because they will cancel your apt if you are 5 mins late. Does not apply to them, if they are running late then that’s a you problem. Don’t think that’s an issue specific to this location though, I think that’s a larger issue with Fuzz as a company based on previous poor experiences I’ve had at the Queen and Bloor locations.

I have been visiting this location for the last year, once a month, and Im never consistent in which fuzzologist I see. I normally book the next available appointment with whomever. I have been lucky enough to have had multiple appointments with Jas K (including today's visit) and she is the bomb!! I need to give credit where credit is due. She is quick, precise and a sweet lovely person. I highly recommend using her for your next appointment. There are other fuzzologist's at this location that are also amazing, but this girl gets the job done in half the time anyone else does and does the best job! ....for me :)

I love Jas. I’ve been coming to her for some time now. She was the first person to ever do wax and I have had the best experience with her. She is always so reassuring and we have great conversation! I absolutely adore her! She’s great. -Wendy

I went to get a Brazilian for my first time and the lady was nice but she unfortunately did a bad job. I have hair in so many spots where there isn’t supposed to be. I’m really upset with the amount that was missed and I also had hard wax stuck to some hair down there.

This company’s staff and management seems to be in heavy rotation wax technicians are always changing.This location is the worst, management is a mess. After a bad wax experience, my account was charged so I had a credit, January was my birthday month so there should’ve been 2 credits available to use.I get there day of appointment and was told I can’t use it and would have to pay, manager was not unavailable until days later to which she handled the matter with degenerated service and attitude.Would NEVER go back,there focus seems to be retail based , pushing products on clients pre&post service and not on customer satisfaction.

This location is extremely unaccommodating. I was running 10mins late but had booked a double appointment so I should have enough time for at least one out of two of my services booked. Without any assessment (I have very little body hair) the receptionist on the phone refused me both services that I booked. I had booked a Brazilian and underarm. She said the only service available to me is bikini line (I don’t have hair on my bikini line). I would’ve canceled my membership there on the phone if not for the fact I love the oakville location. This person was being difficult for the SAKE of being difficult. I hate people like that.. making a big deal out of nothing for their personal mini ego trip. Gah! Petty!

What a great location! Angela, the manager is so personable and lovely. Services are well priced, the employees are excellent at their job and they have great promotions offered. Highly recommend.
