Amazing quality Canadian clothing.

I went into this location to exchange a gift I had received for my daughter. The employee at the cash was incredibly rude and unprofessional. At one point she even swore infront of me. It was clear from my interaction that she was not properly trained and was unable to perform a basic exchange with a receipt. This is the second time I have had a negative experience with this employee. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

A smaller store compared to other roots stores but they usually have a variety of options for men, women, children and toddlers/infants.

Love Roots, found the cutest gifts for my grandchildren. Awesome leather purses as well. Top shopping spot.

I love shopping at all Roots stores because they sell clothes for women, men and children that are comfortable and durable for casual wear. They are often made of cotton, fleece and French terry.The staff are friendly and helpful and we sometimes have a chat about the latest colors and styles.Roots also sells leather goods, which includes handbags and wallets and the store at Rideau Centre also often has sneakers, sandals and shoes. In fact, the sneakers I bought at Roots this year were a fantastic fit! Moreover, one can subscribe to their emails and do a Roots survey online after each visit, to receive $10 off the next purchase of a regular priced item(s) that totals $50 or more.Now this particular Roots store on Richmond Road, Ottawa, is very convenient for me to visit along my route to do other shopping. It is an enjoyable break and lots of fun!
